What is the difference between A2 Cow Ghee and A2 Gir Cow Ghee?

A2 Cow Ghee:

Tradition and culture are the essences of India. People want to hold on to their basics and pass them on to the next generation in these modern times. People have become conscious of what they are feeding to the gut.

A2 Cow Ghee is the “First Class primary ingredient” that we use for cooking in our daily lives. It is the purest form of ghee as it is prepared using the traditional method- Bilona or Churning. A2 Cow Ghee is made from multiple Indian breed cows (Desi cows). In this process, the cow milk is curdled in clay pots, when the curd is ready it is then hand churned to obtain butter or Makhan, and then it is heated to a certain temperature to obtain ghee. It is entirely made from A2 cow milk, and it is free from other ingredients, chemicals, or additives.

A2 Gir Cow Ghee:

A2 Gir Cow Ghee is particularly and directly made from the milk of Gir cows. Gir cows are found in various districts of Gujarat and Kathiawar. Gir cows are the “Superior breed”. Their milk production capacity is 12 to 25 liters per day in good climatic conditions. The milk of these cows is of premium quality due to the presence of an A-2 beta-casein protein substance. The ghee that we acquire from the crossbreed cows is different from the Gir cow ghee and has negative effects on our health. Gir cow ghee is a healthier option than alternative regular ghee. It has healing properties. It is tolerant of various diseases which is the reason it is high in price. A2 Gir cow ghee is helpful to those who are lactose intolerant and has multiple health benefits.
